| In Alabama, Medigap policies are not guaranteed issue for
Medicare Disability insureds under age 65. These insureds are subject to
underwriting according to company provisions. However, these insureds are
guaranteed Medigap policies during a six month period beginning the month they
become age 65, also to include End State Renal Disease (ESRD) patients. |
