Due to scheduling considerations, the starting time of the public hearing on the proposed revision of rates and rules for homeowners insurance as filed and requested by Fire Insurance Exchange and Mid-Century Insurance Company, originally set for 1:30 p.m. CST on Thursday, February 22, 2007, is hereby changed to 10:00 a.m. CST on that date. 

Any persons so desiring may submit a written statement in favor of or against the proposed change in rates and may, in addition, make an oral statement at the hearing. 

Failure of a company representative to be present at this hearing may result in a denial of the companies’ request for a rate and/or rule change.
