Three men have Pleaded guilty to burglary, theft and arson charges Monday (11/1/10) related to the burning of the Providence Baptist Church in North Chilton County. The fire took place in the early morning hours of January 22,2008 and a subsequent investigation by the Alabama State Fire Marshal's Office; Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Alabama Bureau of Investigation Led to their arrests. Marcus Allen Brasher, 33 of Chilton County pleaded guilty to burglary of the church. Billy Sherrell Ray, 34 of Calera pleaded guilty to Burglary and Theft of Property and Bryan Christopher Henry pleaded guilty to Second Degree Arson. The pleas were entered in Alabamas's 19th judicial circuit and Circuit Court Judge John Bush will preside over their sentencing December 9.
